As always, check with a doctor before using products and be sure to do a skin test before indulging in this cosmetic.
The proper steps to a skin test before using cosmetic products are:
1. Choose a small, discrete area of skin, such as behind the ear or on the inner arm.
2. Cleanse the area with mild soap and water.
3. Apply a small amount of the product to the area, following the instructions on the packaging.
4. Wait 24 to 48 hours to see if any irritation or reaction occurs.
5. If no reaction occurs, you can proceed with using the product as directed.
Remember, it's always better to err on the side of caution and perform a skin test before using a new cosmetic product, especially if you have sensitive skin or allergies.
Please allow 14-21 business days from the return ship date for your return to be processed and credited. Returns for a refund can only be made to the original form of payment minus a $5.95 restocking fee per item*. All refunds will be refunded via PayPal and Square. PayPal refunds can be immediately available. Square takes 2-7 business days to process a refund. Once the refund is processed and sent to your card issuing bank, it can take another 2-7 business days (depending on the bank’s processing speeds) for the refund to post to your account. In total it can take 9-14 business days for you to receive refund.
Gift card purchases are not eligible for refund. Gift card purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
*Please note that any store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for refund. Also note that a store credit will be issued if the credit card used to purchase an item is no longer on file or expired by the time a return is received and processed.

For orders verified before 8:00 a.m. (PST), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Estimated delivery times start from the first full business day after the package leaves our facility. There may be a delay of 1-2 business days for shipping to rural ZIP and Postal Codes and during peak shipping periods or promotional events.

Returns
For contiguous United States returns:
Kitchen Khemistry is a brand for everyone, however we understand if our products do not match your desire. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you have the option to return your order. All items must be returned within 15 days from shipment in original Kitchen Khemistry containers without damage. All returns must include, your order number and the reason for the return. If any of these items are missing, processing time will be delayed.
Please note that final sale merchandise are non-refundable. Kitchen Khemistry reserves the right to reject (and not return) items that do not adhere to this return policy.
Kitchen Khemistry offers three return options: (1) return for Kitchen Khemistry store credit; (2) return for a refund in the original form of payment minus a $5.95 handling fee per item or (3) free exchange for the same item price point (if available). Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of all returns, unless we shipped the wrong order.

Returns may be dropped off at any FedEx location, FedEx authorized shipping location, or through the Postal Service (any post office, USPS driver, or scheduled USPS pickup). Please do not return packages to self-serve drop boxes as this will result in delays.
